How much space is needed for the Photobooth?
We require approximately 12×12 feet of flat surface space and access to a standard power outlet.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date—especially during wedding and holiday seasons. A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your event date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Can you customize the photo prints?
Absolutely! We offer a custom photo template where we can add your event’s name, logo or theme!
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests can instantly receive their photos via text and email. Unlimited prints are included as part of our Recuerdo Deluxe packages.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes! A friendly team member will be on-site to set up and assist guests.
